Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is required.
Basic computer skills are required; Dealertrack or CDK experience is a plus.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair orders.
Communicate with technicians and customers regarding vehicle status.
Provide estimates, timelines, and recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
Ensure a positive customer experience from write-up through vehicle delivery.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do

Compensation & Schedule
Full-time position
Pay range: $50,000 – $110,000 per year (based on performance)
