Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Communicate the strategy for service delivery for high-visibility and high-touch customer relationships
  • Understand short and long-term customer goals and objectives related to revenue cycle management and Human Interest
  • Ensure account managers regularly communicate with assigned accounts, set expectations, and negotiate priorities
  • Develop effective relationships across all departments
  • Proactively manage, measure, and track individual contributors caseloads and performance
  • Recognize and resolve systemic issues to prevent repetition
  • Work with internal partners to document, track, and support compliance with service level agreements
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing or new services, processes, and tools
