Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, focused on implementing complex enterprise projects, integrations, and business intelligence solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee successful implementation of IT projects using Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles and processes.
- Ensure the appropriate capabilities are assigned to projects; develop and manage project plans; and ensure adherence to SDLC and project management processes.
- Implement industry-based solutions and integrate them with enterprise platforms, including ERP, data warehouse, mobile, and analytics solutions.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation for complex enterprise projects.
- Lead project kickoff meetings to align stakeholders on objectives and deliverables.
- Lead and manage project teams through the SDLC from ideation through change management and successful implementation.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and technology experts, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages participation and accountability among team members.
- Lead the IT project team and participate as a stakeholder in program and executive stakeholder meetings.
- Use project implementation experience and data points to communicate issues and risks.
- Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Oversee complex enterprise IT project implementation and ensure solutions integrate with existing systems, including ERP and business intelligence platforms.
- Ensure technology solutions meet the company's operational needs and strategic objectives.
- Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Resolve conflicts and execution issues while minimizing disruption to project timelines.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support development of end-user training materials and documentation to facilitate transitions to new systems and processes.
- Assist with change management initiatives to support adoption of new technologies.
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively in alignment with business objectives, while facilitating communication, validation, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Qualifications
- A master's degree is preferred.
- Experience implementing operating platforms integrated with ERP systems and business intelligence is highly regarded.
