- A minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related degree.
- Experience in a relevant discipline.

- Strong knowledge and work experience with Structured Query Language, JavaScript, and database technologies.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle.
- Strong knowledge and work experience with the C, C++, C#, and Java programming languages.
- Experience with Windows and UNIX operating systems.
- Experience with XML, HTML, MOCA, Python, Perl, Visual Studio, and Visual Basic.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Visio.

- Provide product consulting and transfer knowledge to the client team.
- Assist with configuring solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Assist with configuring and supporting radio-frequency devices, printers, and other devices as needed.
- Assist client team members through all phases of implementation.
- Assist the project team in managing client expectations to accomplish project success.
- Develop and execute test plans, validate test results, and manage customer acceptance testing.
- Accurately capture and report activities within the JIRA/RUNN time and project tracking tool to ensure customers are properly invoiced for delivered services.
- Assist customers with testing as appropriate based on the warehouse management system or warehouse labor management solution being deployed.
- Identify additional implementation opportunities and present them to the project lead.
- Meet with customers and team members to consult, configure, implement, and support client requirements.
- Apply product knowledge and expertise to improve customer satisfaction on projects.
- Follow the implementation methodology, policies, and procedures, including coding standards and the creation and execution of test plans.
- Maintain professional interactions with customers and team members.
- Complete accurate daily time entries and descriptions in JIRA/RUNN timekeeping tools.
- Provide timely and accurate updates on project activities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Expertise in supply chain software systems such as warehouse management systems, warehouse labor management systems, and transportation management systems, used as both a functional and technical analyst, is highly desirable.
