Requirements

  • A university degree (bachelor’s, master’s, or other postgraduate studies) in a related field.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • Experience working with R, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of forecasting and data visualization techniques, including tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, and interpret large volumes of data.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Interest in learning and contributing in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to provide accurate and timely information on commercial real estate markets.
  • Use statistical methods and analytical tools to interpret large datasets and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Create dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to provide well-supported analysis.
  • Monitor key market indicators and maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate dynamics.
  • Generate valuable analytical content describing market conditions in assigned regions for inclusion in CoStar products.
  • Create written analytical content for CoStar market and submarket reports, video content, client and industry-event presentations, and written and visual content for CoStar’s news platform.
  • Engage with CoStar clients to provide market analysis and gather industry information that helps identify emerging trends.
  • Deliver in-person and video presentations to clients and industry groups on economic and commercial real estate trends.
  • Respond to media inquiries by providing CoStar’s perspective on economic and real estate trends.
  • Regularly review and monitor CoStar data to ensure accuracy, currency, and quality, and promptly correct errors or anomalies.
  • Collaborate with international teams within the company.
