Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or education and experience equivalency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Solid knowledge in the area of Health, Risk, and Operations (HRO)/Benefits Administration (i.e., ability to represent CSG as a technical expert in front of clients.)
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal)
  • Strong data administration skills (i.e. manipulation pivot tables, table compare and data conversion)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical / processing specifications
  • Quality assurance and technology skills as it relates to the industry
Responsibilities
  • Set-Up and maintenance of Client Solutions Products (i.e. Benefits Administration System).
  • Following CSG processes and ensures all documentation required to install BenAdmin platforms is up to date.
  • Ability to identify and resolve and/or escalate issues with minimal guidance.
  • Create and execute test scripts to ensure work product is delivered error free and in accordance with requirements.
  • Working with Client Engagement Manager to secure missing information during renewal and maintenance of the product.
  • Analyze and validate data completeness, consistency, accuracy, and compliance to data standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with PlanSource, Employee Navigator and/or ADP WFN
  • Minimum of five years of experience with a health and welfare benefits administration preferred
