About the job
- MUST HAVE Akka experience and have worked as a Lead Java Developer.
- Have 8+ years of experience in the software industry.
- Have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree, or equivalent technical experience.
- Have hands-on active Java development experience.
- Have experience with queueing and caching solutions such as Java Message Service, Coherence, and TimesTen.
- Have knowledge of concurrent and distributed application frameworks such as Akka.
- Have experience in Java application development.
- Have experience in services design and modeling.
- Have experience in large-scale enterprise application integration and development.
- Have strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Design, develop, and implement large-scale enterprise systems.
- Build enterprise-level applications and services using Java.
- Implement architectural standards and frameworks to enable a flexible and scalable environment.
- Manage development teams, including conducting code reviews.
- Provide best practices around application design, modeling, scalability, and performance.
