About Care Access
Care Access is working to make the future of health better for all. With hundreds of research locations, mobile clinics, and clinicians across the globe, we bring world-class research and health services directly to communities that often face barriers to care. We are dedicated to ensuring that every person has the opportunity to understand their health, access the care they need, and contribute to the medical breakthroughs of tomorrow.
With programs like Future of Medicine, which makes advanced health screenings and research opportunities accessible to communities worldwide, and Difference Makers, which supports local leaders to expand their community health and wellbeing efforts, we put people at the heart of medical progress. Through partnerships, technology, and perseverance, we are reimagining how clinical research and health services reach the world. Together, we are building a future of health that is better and more accessible for all.

The Product Designer contributes to end-to-end digital experiences that support Care Access participants, members, and the internal teams who serve them. This role translates complex, evolving needs across health screenings, clinical research, participant engagement, recruitment, member services, and operational workflows into clear, accessible, and intuitive product experiences.
Working with the Principal Product Designer and cross-functional partners in product, engineering, research, and relevant business or operational teams, the Product Designer owns assigned design work from problem definition through delivery. Depending on priorities, the work may include participant-facing experiences or internal tools used by recruitment, member services, clinical research coordinators, and other teams that engage and support participants.
Day to day, this mid-level designer moves between discovery, workflow definition, hands-on interface design, prototyping, feedback, and implementation support. The role requires comfort shifting between products as priorities evolve, sharing work early, incorporating feedback, and partnering closely with developers to deliver practical, high-quality solutions.
Bonus Experience:
The expected pay range for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 USD per year for full time team members.

Global health education, access, and research
Care Access coordinates global efforts to improve health by educating people about health, helping them access needed resources, and enabling participation in medical research to develop new medicines and cures. Its approach involves a global network and services that educate individuals, connect them with health resources, and recruit participants for clinical studies, thereby supporting the development of new treatments. Unlike companies that focus on a single market or product, Care Access operates worldwide and focuses on easing access to information, services, and research opportunities for diverse populations. The goal is to make health information and access more available and participation in health studies easier, with the aim of making the future of health better for everyone.
