The Lead Global Advocacy Manager at Dynatrace is responsible for recruiting and enabling customers to share their stories in mutually beneficial ways. Success in this role requires a collaborative and strategic partner with experience interacting and building relationships with customers, executives, marketing and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to identify, build, and maintain strong customer advocate relationships.
- Lead our creative agencies in building and designing compelling and value based stories in creative, engaging formats including case studies, blogs, paid articles, videos, etc.
- Engage routinely with sales, executives, and our customers to keep a pulse on the market and generate the most impactful stories.
- Act as internal evangelist, driving awareness and adoption of customer story assets and increasing customer advocate nominations
- Manage set of technology platforms to automate, scale and distribute content
- Co-lead speaker management for strategic Dynatrace events – from identification, to on-site management and post-event communications
- Compile monthly & quarterly results to track effectiveness of program
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications or similar
- 7+ years of customer advocacy experience; Strong preference for SaaS and B2B experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrated success delivering compelling customer stories and related content—ability to share published examples a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Highspot, SlapFive and/or other advocacy, reference and marketing systems a plus
- Strong editorial skills preferred
