  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications or similar
  • 7+ years of customer advocacy experience; Strong preference for SaaS and B2B experience.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to identify, build, and maintain strong customer advocate relationships.
  • Lead our creative agencies in building and designing compelling and value based stories in creative, engaging formats including case studies, blogs, paid articles, videos, etc.
  • Engage routinely with sales, executives, and our customers to keep a pulse on the market and generate the most impactful stories.
  • Act as internal evangelist, driving awareness and adoption of customer story assets and increasing customer advocate nominations
  • Manage set of technology platforms to automate, scale and distribute content
  • Co-lead speaker management for strategic Dynatrace events – from identification, to on-site management and post-event communications
  • Compile monthly & quarterly results to track effectiveness of program
