A minimum of 1 year of landscaping or grounds experience is required.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A valid driver's license is required.
Candidates must have a strong customer service orientation.
Candidates must have an eye for detail to ensure the property is presentable for new and existing residents.
Candidates must be able to perform light maintenance.
Candidates must consistently display a positive attitude.
Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Perform final preparation and small repairs of luxury apartments.
Repair drywall.
Perform paint touch-ups.
Change doors and locks.
Perform light plumbing and electrical work.
Perform landscaping.
Maintain pools.
Pick up and remove trash.
Desired Qualifications
Certified Pool Operator certification is preferred.
Experience maintaining commercial grounds is preferred.
