Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in release management or a similar role is required.
  • Experience managing releases in an Agile environment is required.
  • A strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle is required.
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce release lifecycle and DevOps best practices is required.
  • Proficiency with Copado, including Pipelines, User Stories, Back Promotions, and Compliance Hub, is required.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools including Copado, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GitLab, and CircleCI is required.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence is required.
  • Familiarity with CodeScan and PMD is required.
  • The candidate must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain the integrity and quality of software releases.
  • Manage and monitor CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
  • Debug and troubleshoot release-related issues.
  • Document and improve release processes and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to release schedules and deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases.
  • Communicate release status and updates to stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Copado Certifications, including Fundamentals I/II, Developer, or Administrator, are desirable.
  • Salesforce Certifications, such as Platform App Builder or Administrator, are desirable.

Under Lindsay Goldberg's ownership since 2020, LTS grew revenue and EBITDA by over 150%, expanded to all 50 states, and executed 15 strategic acquisitions. The transaction terms were not disclosed. Financial advisors included Harris Williams, UBS Investment Bank, and Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory.
