Requirements
  • Be an undergraduate student; all undergraduate students are considered.
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date.
  • Major in accounting, finance, information systems, economics, or business.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and analytical ability, with a foundation in written and verbal business communication.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Have legal authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a project applying finance, operations, or technology-based principles.
  • Gain exposure to various businesses and geographies while auditing different organizational processes.
  • Provide independent and objective assurance over the organization's control environment.
  • Identify opportunities to use data analytics for audit planning and execution.
  • Participate in special projects related to strategic initiatives for the Internal Audit department.
  • Prepare work papers and coordinate receipt of audit materials required to analyze, test, and evaluate the entity's control environment.
  • Document conclusions and organize and reference work papers for supervisory review.
  • Present observations to senior management across the businesses.
  • Develop solutions with management to mitigate operational, financial, cyber, and other risks.
  • Draft audit report findings and process improvements for stakeholder review.
Desired Qualifications
  • Expected graduation date on or before Spring 2028.
