  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • Proficiency in software such as Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software such as Enscape or Lumion.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and pay attention to detail in design tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients on various projects.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on client requirements and architectural standards.
  • Assist in developing projects from initial survey through construction phases.
  • Contribute to design concepts and presentations.
  • Coordinate with engineering disciplines on technical details.
  • Review shop drawings and monitor construction progress.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with International Building Codes, NFPA, ADA, LEED, and related standards.
  • Exposure to transportation, education, commercial, industrial, and government building projects.
