Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field of expertise related to the issues to be studied
  • Minimum one year experience working with senior-level policies and programs similar to those to be studied; OR four years senior-level experience related to the policies or programs that are similar to those to be studied
  • Strong critical thinking skills and complex problem solving skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Cost accounting procedures, practices and their relationship to budgeting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio; ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary
Responsibilities
  • Develop procedures to support agency programs
  • Develop statistical charts and tables
  • Measure program effectiveness vs resources assigned
  • Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or Agency changes
  • Prepare clear and concise administrative and financial reports
  • Define program accomplishments and achievements
  • Provide advice on formulating alternative procedures and operations in order to change the way Agencies does business with the goal of improving customer service and expanding its programmatic capacity
  • Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports
  • Perform other related job duties as requested
