Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Eight to ten years of progressive experience in Pricing, Finance, or Strategy is required.
  • Strong understanding and experience with omni-channel and e-commerce business models, including direct experience with Amazon, first-party, and third-party marketplaces, is required.
  • Deep understanding of the economics of each go-to-market option is required to recommend strategies that optimize brand profitability and performance.
  • Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and decision-support skills are required.
  • The ability to influence senior leadership and support major customer negotiations is required.
  • Excellent communication and executive-ready presentation skills are required.
  • Familiarity with pricing technology, artificial intelligence and business intelligence tools, and enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems is required.
  • Leadership experience managing teams or complex workstreams is required.
Responsibilities
  • Execute enterprise-wide Nature Made pricing and go-to-market strategy across complex omni-channel environments, product segments, and customers.
  • Develop pricing governance frameworks, guardrails, and approval processes to ensure disciplined, profitable decision-making.
  • Lead price elasticity analysis, competitive benchmarking, and margin optimization initiatives.
  • Create models, conduct research, and analyze actual business performance against targets in the Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, and forecasts as applicable.
  • Quantify opportunities and risks and recommend alternatives.
  • Serve as the strategic finance partner for the Amazon and Walmart account teams.
  • Build and manage customer-specific pricing models, promotional return-on-investment analyses, and profitability assessments.
  • Support joint business planning, long-term negotiation strategies, and annual agreements.
  • Provide guidance on retail media investments, trade spend optimization, first-party versus third-party considerations, and cost to serve.
  • Lead financial and pricing strategy for third-party marketplaces, including Amazon third-party, Walmart Marketplace, and other third-party channels.
  • Drive decision-making on assortment, listings, promotions, and long-term marketplace strategy.
  • Analyze profitability, item economics, and pricing competitiveness across marketplaces.
  • Partner with e-commerce operations to evaluate fees, fulfillment costs, logistics strategies, and opportunities to improve contribution margin.
  • Monitor and report on third-party performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies.
  • Provide financial guidance and decision support to the commercial and sales organization.
  • Create and maintain financial models for pricing, promotions, trade investments, and long-term contract evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation teams to align pricing and channel strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on pricing transformation, commercial simplification, and profitability enhancement.
  • Present insights, implications, and recommendations to executive leadership.
