- Manage multi-site operations with distributed teams across multiple geographic locations.
- Manage contract performance, cost control, and schedule adherence.
- Serve as the point of contact with government Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer's Representatives, and senior military leadership.
- Manage complex technical programs involving simulation systems and training environments.
- Apply risk management, quality assurance, and vendor management activities to meet deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
- Preferred Master's degree in Systems Engineering.
- Professional Engineering License.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with government reporting requirements and Contract Data Requirements List deliverables.
- Experience with Department of Defense acquisition processes.
- Certified Systems Engineering Professional certification.
- Project Management Professional certification.
- Experience with Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division or Navy programs.
- Experience with classified program management.
