About the Job

Requirements

A completed technical vocational qualification (LAP) in a technical field such as plastics technology, mechanics, agricultural machinery mechanics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electromechanics, or carpentry is advantageous.
Initial experience in a production environment is advantageous.
Willingness to work shifts; currently, a two-shift model is in place.
Good German language skills are required.

Responsibilities

Operate production machines and lines, including setup and startup.
Monitor production processes, including raw-material management.
Continuously check production quality in coordination with production management.
Comply with product specifications and achieve planned production volumes.
Maintain documentation of production-related parameters, including completing production logs.
Actively contribute to the continuous optimization of the production process.

Deine Aufgaben:

Bedienen von Produktionsmaschinen/-linien inkl. Rüsten und Anfahren
Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse inkl. Rohstoffmanagement
Stetige Kontrolle der Produktionsqualität in Abstimmung mit der Produktionsleitung
Einhaltung der Produktspezifikationen und Umsetzung der geplanten Produktionsmengen
Pflege der Dokumentation der produktionsrelevanten Parameter inklusive Ausfüllen der Produktionsprotokolle
Aktive Einbringung in die ständige Optimierung des Produktionsprozesses

Dein Profil:

Idealerweise abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung LAP (Kunststofftechnik, Mechaniker, Landmaschinen-Mechaniker, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektromechaniker, Tischler,...)
Erste Erfahrungen im Produktionsumfeld sind von Vorteil
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (derzeit 2 Schicht-Modell)
Zuverlässigkeit sowie Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
Hohes Bewusstsein für Sicherheit und Qualität
Gute Deutschkenntnisse
