Production Line Helper
About the job
- At least one year of experience as a technical assistant or production helper.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Technical high school education in mechanics, electricity, or a related field.
- Execute packaging-area production, filling, and product-packing processes according to established procedures and the plant's production plan.
- Produce and execute approved production orders by stock-keeping unit while meeting quality standards and maintaining plant productivity.
- Support resource optimization for the product being manufactured by recording and verifying checklists to maintain efficient production.
- Report any safety, maintenance, quality, or other issues arising during production to the immediate supervisor so corrective action can be taken without affecting plant indicators.
- Provide support in required areas according to operational needs to ensure the production process.
