Responsibilities
Analyze and assess damaged vehicles.
Repair vehicles according to the estimate and manufacturer standards.
De-trim, disassemble, and repair vehicles with urgency and attention to detail.
Prepare vehicles for body repair work.
Notify management of additional repairs needed and document the additional parts and labor required for a satisfactory repair.
Notify management of difficulties or problems that could prevent quality work or change the promised completion date.
Use and maintain tools and equipment properly.
Cooperate with and assist other personnel in repairing and preparing vehicles as needed.

Description
As a body shop technician, you will be responsible for analyzing and assessing damaged vehicles. Some tasks involved are disassembling/ assembling vehicles, and repairing vehicle scratches, dents, holes, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards
De-trim, disassemble and repair vehicles with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Prepare vehicles for body repair work
Notify management of any additional repairs needed and document any additional parts and labor required to perform a satisfactory repair
Notify management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised completion date
Perform proper tool and equipment usage and maintenance
Cooperate and assist other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles as needed
