Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Men’s apparel design
  • Desire to learn denim wash creation
  • Highly organized working style
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented approach to challenges
Responsibilities
  • Conduct seasonal research on Men’s trend including Wovens, Knits, Sweaters, and Denim
  • Brainstorm new product ideas with Design Director of Denim and Men’s and CCO
  • Design entire Men’s collection in close conversation with Design Director of Denim and Men’s and CCO
  • Translate all Mens sketches into Illustrator and prepare technical packages
  • Assist in organizing and managing denim fabric and wash standards archive
  • Assist in the creation of wash briefs through selecting wear patterns, shade references, and detail references for Denim
  • Assist in tracking denim wash comments
  • Prepare presentation for major cross-functional milestone meetings
  • BOM creation and management of Men’s products
  • Attend all men’s fittings including Denim. Own follow-up actions for all Men’s products.
