About the job
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in human resources or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with HR software, including human resources information systems and applicant tracking systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and current industry trends.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, from gathering workforce requirements through employee onboarding.
- Publish job advertisements on major recruiting channels and actively source candidates.
- Screen résumés and conduct selection interviews.
- Manage and monitor the candidate pipeline and update related databases.
- Manage the candidate experience and communications with candidates.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction activities.
- Manage onboarding activities for new hires.
- Support administrative activities related to hires, resignations, and mandatory communications.
- Manage and develop apprentices and their related training plans.
- Monitor significant changes in HR regulations and support related compliance activities.
- An HR certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP.
