Requirements
  • BA or BS Preferred
  • 8-12+ Years Experience in Merchandising, intimates experience preferred
  • 4+ years in a leadership role managing direct reports
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using merchandising and planning tools
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce merchandising and omnichannel retail
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • A creative, results-driven self-starter with sharp prioritization and project management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus and ability to manage multiple projects with precision

Responsibilities
  • Develop seasonal product strategies and assortments for the Women’s Intimates business, partnering with product development, planning, production, and design to execute the strategic vision and meet financial goals
  • Drive category growth through pricing strategy, product architecture, and assortment optimization
  • Oversee SKU productivity, lifecycle management, and product exits
  • Partner with global & wholesale partners to ensure their exclusive assortment needs are met and be an in-person advocate for final global product decisions
  • Analyze in-season and post-season performance to identify wins, misses, and actionable insights; apply learnings to optimize current and future assortments
  • Partner with marketing and creative teams to shape seasonal brand campaigns and CRM & social storytelling
  • Partner with eCommerce teams to optimize product presentation, pricing, and promotional strategies
  • Utilize customer feedback and analytics to refine product offerings and merchandising strategy
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends within lingerie and fashion markets
  • Mentor and develop direct report, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team culture
  • Manage tools necessary to drive & analyze the business
