What believers are saying

  • Hilton's July 2026 three-year expansion broadens Americas coverage and Off Hours events.
  • Marriott's May 2026 agreement adds another global channel for spa and wellness bookings.
  • Travelzoo and Smoothie King promotions extend consumer awareness beyond hotel marketing.

What critics are saying

  • Hotels can bypass ResortPass by selling day access directly, compressing take rates.
  • Hilton or Marriott can internalize booking, making ResortPass redundant overnight.
  • Any brand-safety incident at a partner property can kill consumer trust instantly.

What makes ResortPass unique

  • ResortPass monetizes hotel underused daytime inventory, not rooms, creating incremental partner revenue.
  • Hilton and Marriott partnerships in 2026 validate a category-leading distribution moat.
  • 1,300 hotel partners give ResortPass breadth across luxury pools, spas, cabanas, and fitness.

Hilton announces expansion of its partnership with ResortPass.

Hilton announces expansion of its partnership with ResortPass. July 14, 2026 MCLEAN, Virginia - Hilton announced a three-year expansion of its partnership with ResortPass. Building on years of collaboration and continued guest demand, the expanded partnership will scale access to Hilton's resort and wellness amenities across the Americas, offering locals and travelers alike day access to pools, spas, fitness centers, private cabanas, and curated resort experiences. "Hilton has long been a leader in spa and wellness innovation," said Jessica Shea, vice president, wellness, retail & leisure operations, Americas, Hilton. "The success of our ResortPass partnership has encouraged us to expand our offerings and accelerate how we approach wellness across our portfolio. We can now better connect our properties more meaningfully to the communities around them, offering flexible access to world-class wellness experiences." Off Hours Event Series. Hilton and ResortPass also introduced a new "Off Hours Event Series," a poolside series of events, designed to upgrade underutilized pool hours into curated ticketed experiences. The series reimagines hotel spaces as community gathering places. With DJs, curated local vendors, and elevated food and beverage offerings, the series creates memorable moments for both hotel guests and locals alike. The series is making its debut with a collection of events across Florida, including activations at Hilton Orlando, Hilton West Palm Beach, Beach House Fort Lauderdale, A Hilton Resort, Hilton Tampa Downtown and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort. While "Off Hours" brings a social element to the partnership, Hilton properties are also updating how guests can make the most of a day away. Participating Hilton properties offer curated day experiences that spotlight their amenities, from resort pools and chef-driven dining to immersive spa therapies. "ResortPass and Hilton are setting a new standard for how hospitality innovates on well-being beyond the traditional stay. The expansion of this partnership reflects a shared commitment to redefining how people rest and recharge," said Michael Wolf, chief executive officer, ResortPass.

Marriott expands ResortPass partnership to boost day-access spa revenue amid resilient travel demand

Marriott International has expanded its partnership with ResortPass to offer day-access spa and wellness services at participating properties, allowing hotels to generate revenue from local non-overnight guests. The agreement was announced in May 2026. Marriott reported healthy travel demand overall, with leisure and group segments offsetting regional weakness in the Middle East, where revenue per available room fell sharply. The company's investment case centres on its asset-light, fee-based model and the strength of its Bonvoy loyalty programme. The company recently sold the Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta whilst retaining long-term management rights and planning a full renovation, reinforcing its focus on fee generation over property ownership. Analysts project Marriott could reach $30.7 billion in revenue and $3.8 billion in earnings by 2029.

February 12, 2026 ResortPass, the "go-to platform for booking resort amenities without an overnight stay," launched a limited-time partnership with Arizona-based wellness brand, Kaleidoscope Juice. The Elixir was designed to support that mindset, offering nourishment and a moment of calm."
