Rogo acquires Rivanna to bring AI-native due diligence to finance professionals

Rogo has acquired Rivanna to enhance its deal management capabilities with AI-powered due diligence tools. The acquisition brings Rivanna's agentic platform Felix to Rogo, enabling finance professionals to analyse data room contents and obtain institutional-grade analysis within minutes. Rivanna was founded by Richard Song, Jason Calem, and Josh Gen, and has been deployed on hundreds of live transactions by leading private equity firms. The platform integrates full data rooms, queries thousands of files with citations, flags insights and risks, and manages deal lifecycles with AI-enabled Q&A and diligence tracking. The acquisition extends Rogo's Projects feature to meet institutional finance requirements. It provides deal teams with a collaborative workspace and centralised repository, enabling faster execution and building institutional knowledge with each transaction.

Announcing Rogo's partnership with Entropia.

Announcing Rogo's partnership with Entropia. Aug 4, 2026 Rogo is pleased to announce a partnership with Entropia, bringing live M&A data rooms directly into Rogo. Teams can now research, analyze, and work against active deal content without leaving their existing workflows. Through a native integration, Rogo can search data rooms semantically, read documents at the page level, access Q&A threads, and understand folder structure, while respecting Entropia's permission model on every query. Every response reflects exactly what the user is authorized to see. Rather than relying on downloaded files or static snapshots, Rogo works directly against the live data room. That means diligence, document analysis, Q&A support, and other transaction workflows always use the latest available information, with no version drift. As more firms centralize their deal activity inside Rogo, access to live transaction systems becomes increasingly important. This partnership extends Rogo's ability to reason over the systems where transactions actually happen, alongside the firm's internal knowledge, licensed data, and other enterprise systems. "We're excited to partner with Rogo, the AI platform many of our customers already trust. Entropia is a data room designed to support M&A professionals with AI, and that design extends beyond our own walls: we provide our partners with the same deep read and write tooling our own agents use, so Rogo users get the best of both worlds without leaving their platform." said Pierre-Louis Corteel, CEO at Entropia. The integration will be available to Rogo customers with active Entropia data rooms.

Rogo and Snowflake deepen integration to power ai-native financial workflows.

Rogo and Snowflake deepen integration to power ai-native financial workflows. Rogo, a premier AI platform engineered for financial services, has announced an expanded integration with Snowflake, the data cloud company, to deliver securely automated, AI-native workflows for investment banking, private equity, and hedge funds. This partnership enables enterprise financial institutions to safely run Rogo's domain-specific large language models (LLMs) directly over their proprietary data pools stored in the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, completely eliminating the regulatory and security risks associated with moving highly confidential financial records off-site. By leveraging Snowflake's secure infrastructure, investment analysts and portfolio managers can utilize Rogo's specialized agents to securely automate complex data processes such as compiling thematic investment memos, parsing internal expert call networks, and auditing historical underwriting files turning unstructured internal datasets into actionable market insights within seconds. Highlighting how this integration addresses the strict compliance mandates required to bring generative intelligence to Wall Street, Gabe Rissman, Co-Founder and CEO of Rogo, stated: "Financial institutions sit on vast mountains of proprietary data, but security concerns have historically limited their ability to leverage generative AI. By deepening our integration with Snowflake, we are unlocking the full potential of this data. Firms can now deploy Rogo's finance-specific AI agents directly where their data lives, accelerating complex workflows like investment screening and market research while maintaining the gold standard of data privacy." As financial enterprises continue to embrace automated digital transformation, this unified architecture provides the scale, compliance, and domain precision necessary to maximize cross-departmental productivity and optimize investment decision intelligence.
