Requirements
  • A medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) from an accredited institution is required.
  • Board certification in Plastic Surgery is required.
  • State medical licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure, in Wisconsin is required.
  • Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Plastic Surgery.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive breast reconstruction using microsurgical and implant-based techniques as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with plastic surgeons specializing in reconstructive, trauma, breast, cosmetic, hand and upper-extremity, pediatric, craniofacial, and cancer reconstruction.
  • Participate in the training of plastic surgery residents and a microsurgery fellow as part of an integrated residency and training program.
Desired Qualifications
  • Receive mentorship from three microsurgeons who collectively perform more than 300 microsurgical cases annually.
