Requirements
  • Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Full Scope (FS) Polygraph is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to escort and monitor personnel within secure environments.
  • Ability to maintain constant awareness of individuals and surroundings.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with customer and government security procedures.

  • May be required to occasionally lift or move moderate amounts of weight, depending on assignment requirements.
  • Must be flexible with shift times, travel, and assignment locations.
  • Must be prepared to transition to new sites within two to three weeks’ notice.
Responsibilities
  • Escort and monitor uncleared personnel within secure facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and government security procedures.
  • Maintain constant awareness of escorted personnel.
  • Communicate with security staff, vendors, and site leadership.
  • Represent the program professionally in a customer-facing role.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior customer service or customer-facing experience.
  • Previous experience at government or secure customer sites.
  • Construction, facilities, or vendor oversight experience.
  • Experience working in complex or fast-paced environments.
  • Comfort interacting with diverse teams and personalities.
