Responsibilities
  • Support store business strategies development
  • Maximize results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Drive business through clienteling and fostering relationships with customers
  • Review sales and product performance data
  • Implement changes to improve product performance
  • Provide in-store coaching to staff
  • Assist in hiring process for key team members
  • Manage visual and operational standards
  • Assist with store schedule and labor optimization
  • Manage office and cleaning supply inventory
  • Prepare and conduct stock-takes
  • Report store issues to Head Office
