Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end customer strategy for Kevel’s most critical US based customers and partners, accountable for long-term value creation, relationship health, and strategic alignment beyond individual sales cycles
  • Work with the broader Business Strategy team to define and operationalize customer-specific strategies and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, and Professional Services in aligning around a unified account vision and execution plan
  • Execute the strategic direction for Professional Services engagement across key accounts, including packaging, positioning, delivery models, and margin-conscious deployment in support of customer outcomes
  • Serve as the executive point of accountability for complex, multi-threaded customer relationships, including escalations, renewals risk, and long-term expansion opportunities
