Responsibilities
  • Develop custom software solutions and design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications.
  • Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
  • Architect, deliver, and govern enterprise-grade Customer Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design scalable digital workflows, optimize case and knowledge management processes, and enable omnichannel engagement.
  • Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, including requirement shaping, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support.
  • Engineer Customer Service Management capabilities using best-practice configurations, robust integrations, and architectural principles aligned with enterprise governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team on technical execution, coding standards, solution consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Process Subject Matter Experts, and business stakeholders to translate service experience strategies into actionable solutions.
  • Improve agent productivity, reduce case handling times, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Experience leading development teams in a non-manager capability.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify technical solutions for business processes.
  • Commitment to accuracy, sustainable development, and best-practice out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations around project deliverables and timelines.
  • Experience working in an Agile project environment, preferably SAFe or Scrum, with frequent delivery of functional software releases.

Accenture partners with AWS to deliver cloud and AI tools for mid-sized companies

Accenture has announced a new collaboration with Amazon Web Services to deliver cloud and AI offerings specifically for mid-sized companies generating between $300 million and $3 billion in annual revenue. The technology bundle, available through AWS Marketplace, includes tools for virtual machine migration, cloud spending optimisation, security strengthening, and AI system risk testing. The offerings fall under Accenture Edge, a dedicated business unit serving mid-market clients. The collaboration also provides conversational AI, virtual agents, and customer service technology. 407 ETR, a Toronto-area electronic toll highway operator, is cited as an early customer. Accenture shares rose 1.6% in premarket trading following the announcement. The stock currently trades around $180, having rebounded more than 50% from June lows but remaining well below its 52-week high of $291.09.
