Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • [1-3] years relevant work experience, preferably in the advertising/ media industry
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign; proficiency with Google Drive, including Slides and Docs
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present ideas both verbally and visually, as well as an understanding of visual storytelling
  • Experience with, and comfortable meeting with clients to take detailed briefs to clarify requirements and ensure work is delivered on-time and within scope
Responsibilities
  • Design and produce visual materials to showcase the company’s work and service offerings in support of sales and marketing
  • Design a range of print and digital media; including proposals, presentations, sell-sheets, conceptual mockups, and client production artwork - seeing the process through from brainstorming, planning and positioning phases through final production
  • Build visually and strategically compelling creative concepts for prospective clients
  • Have a strong understanding of media offerings across the country
  • Ability to lead ideation sessions for clients and drive strong proactive creativity
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to share best practices and resources and collaborate on major projects
  • Meet with clients to take detailed briefs to clarify requirements and ensure work is delivered on-time and within scope
