Handle marketing, relationship management, and business development for the existing client base, including defending and deepening relationships and cross-selling.
Manage loan asset and corporate bond quality, if applicable, and assist the Team Head with debt restructuring exercises, if applicable.
Actively acquire new corporate customers.
Review and manage assigned or transferred accounts.
Increase utilization to enhance the bank's share of wallet.
Proactively monitor credit quality through early recognition of problem loans and implement appropriate strategies.
Perform credit reviews on time.
Provide client servicing.
Work on projects assigned from time to time.
Job Description
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Manage loan Asset/Corporate Bonds Quality (if applicable) & assist Team Head in any Debt Restructuring exercise (if applicable).

Qualifications
Bachelor/Masters degree in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
Minimum 7 years working experience in financial institutions with exposure to marketing/credit risk management and Lending
Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills
Able to work in a high pressure environment as well as in a team.
Excellent verbal communication and good interpersonal skills
Proactive, energetic, result oriented and possess good business acumen.
