- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and modifications to stamping and forming equipment at the Jackson, Tennessee facility.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on progressive and single-stroke metal stamping dies.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues with stamping and forming equipment, including stamping dies, presses, and benders.
- Provide feedback on adjustments needed to die preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve part quality.
- Perform general machine-shop work using conventional mills, lathes, and surface grinders.
- Assist in developing new stamping dies and modifying existing dies to extend their life and improve part quality.
- Submit purchase requisitions for parts and components needed for die repair and maintenance.
- Identify critical parts and recommend spare components for inventory.
