- Perform minor maintenance as needed for water and electrical repairs.
- Carry out preventative maintenance programs.
- Maintain material handling equipment to ensure service reliability.
- Perform maintenance or general carpentry on floors, walls, doors, and similar building items.
- Ensure all safety equipment is in proper working order.
- Complete required reports when maintenance tasks are completed.
- Answer security and alarm calls as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Contract manufacturing and packaging solution provider MSI Express, which services the food and beverage space, has been acquired by middle-market private equity firm Nonantum Capital Partners, according to a recent press release.
Nonantum announced the acquisition of MSI Express, a contract manufacturing and packaging partner for leading food and beverage brands.
In October 2020, MSI acquired Power Packaging's St. Charles, Illinois manufacturing facility, with liquid filling, dry blending, and pouching capabilities, from Post Holdings.
In 2005 MSI Express collaborated with the iconic Crystal Light brand and commercialized the first stick pack.
