Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent years of experience and education.
  • Five years of experience.
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing or pulling objects weighing 0–25 pounds.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for near and far distances and to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication, including the ability to hear alarms and malfunctioning machinery.
  • Frequent keyboard use and data entry.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, and pushing or pulling objects weighing 25–50 pounds.
  • Rare climbing.
  • No professional license or certification is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead technical support staff in daily operations and potentially lead Telecommunications staff.
  • Serve as the main technical information systems contact for the entity and the main contact for all executive-level support.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and documentation required to support information technology systems for the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Communicate outstanding issues and status updates, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Attend system-level meetings as needed and ensure rooms are ready for use.
  • Maintain a full understanding of the Executive Board room and serve as a point of contact for escalations.
  • Maintain awareness of system leadership devices and ensure backup minor equipment is available for deployment when needed.
  • Assist with videoconferencing and other collaboration platforms to facilitate meetings, webinars, and town halls for the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
