- Serve as the main technical information systems contact for the entity and the main contact for all executive-level support.
- Develop and maintain procedures and documentation required to support information technology systems for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Communicate outstanding issues and status updates, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Attend system-level meetings as needed and ensure rooms are ready for use.
- Maintain a full understanding of the Executive Board room and serve as a point of contact for escalations.
- Maintain awareness of system leadership devices and ensure backup minor equipment is available for deployment when needed.
- Assist with videoconferencing and other collaboration platforms to facilitate meetings, webinars, and town halls for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
