Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 3 years of media agency experience is required, with an emphasis on retail media platforms.
  • Knowledge of key retailers, their ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies is required.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and people.
  • Experience analyzing complex data, conducting market research, and formulating actionable plans is required.
  • Solid experience with billing and reconciliation processes is required.
  • Problem-solving and intervention skills are required.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail, are required.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Kantar Software, IMS, audience research tools, Prisma, Comscore, Excel, PowerPoint, third-party ad servers, Nielsen, @Plan, AdRelevance, and media tools is required.
  • Willingness and ability to learn proprietary software is required.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on requests and questions.
  • Oversee Planners and Associate Planners and manage day-to-day operations, including project prioritization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media publishers and meet with new vendors to assess their value and applicability.
  • Research and provide input for executive-level strategic requests.
  • Work with the Associate Director to develop integrated tactical plans.
  • Own the strategy, planning, and activation process for retail media programs based on client-approved annual plans, including client communication for campaign planning.
  • Keep management informed of key client opportunities, potential risks, and other factors affecting business health.
  • Create and deliver client presentations and provide thought leadership to clients.
  • Analyze key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement changes that improve client program performance.
  • Review plans submitted by internal agency and vendor partners.
  • Recommend changes in channel strategy.
  • Review and provide input on digital requests for proposal and brief vendors.
  • Lead partner discussions with the Associate Director on plan recommendations and revisions, including tagging capabilities.
  • Negotiate rates based on historical planning rates.
  • Work with Analytics on the measurement framework.
  • Review recommended plans against the brief to ensure strategic alignment and incorporate historical campaign learnings.
  • Oversee execution of approved media plans.
  • Manage client and vendor communication regarding campaign timelines.
  • Review campaign inputs in Prisma for final approval.
  • Ensure all tagging requirements are followed.
  • Follow up with clients on creative delivery and hand off creative to partners.
  • Confirm that partners have received tags and completed quality assurance for launch.
  • Work with direct reports and partners to support strong campaign performance.
  • Provide input into wrap-report insights and verify their accuracy.
  • Support direct reports with monthly draft-billing reconciliations.
  • Update the monthly billing tracker.
  • Consult on ad hoc billing and payment issues or vendor requests.
  • Assist with training, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Assist in developing and documenting best practices to improve operational efficiency within the team and group.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry is preferred.
  • Third-party ad server certification, such as DFA certification, is preferred.

Publicis Groupe has agreed to acquire LiveRamp, a global data collaboration platform, for $2.2 billion in an all-cash transaction at $38.50 per share, representing a 29.8% premium to LiveRamp's closing price on 15 May 2026. LiveRamp connects over 25,000 publisher domains and 500+ technology partners across 14 markets, enabling brands, retailers and media platforms to unify and activate data securely. The company has 1,300 employees and delivered a trailing five-year compound annual growth rate of 13%. The acquisition will position Publicis as a leader in data co-creation, enabling clients to build more intelligent AI agents by combining multiple data sources securely. Publicis has raised its 2027-2028 growth objectives to 7-8% for net revenue and 8-10% for headline earnings per share. The transaction is expected to close before year-end 2026, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.

Fabric Social sold to Publicis Groupe UK with revenues exceeding $17M

Mayo-born entrepreneur Niall McGarry has sold Fabric Social to Publicis Groupe UK, a division of the world's largest communications group. The company reported revenues of £13 million (€14.9 million) in the 12 months to March 2026 and employed 110 people at the time of sale. Fabric Social was profitable and served blue-chip clients in Britain including Sky, Subway EMEA, Currys, Morrisons, Just Eat, Autotrader, Holland & Barrett and Vodafone. The company also operated a smaller Irish business as a retained social agency. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Publicis acquires 160over90, declares sports marketing its 'next big bet

Publicis Groupe has acquired sports marketing agency 160over90 from WME Group for an undisclosed sum, positioning sports as its "next big bet" for growth. The deal is pending regulatory approval. Founded in 2001, 160over90 employs over 670 people across the US, UK, EMEA and APAC, working with global brands on major sporting events including the Super Bowl, Olympics and World Cup. The agency will join Publicis Sports, led by CEO Suzy Deering. Publicis is forming a partnership with WME to enable collaborations between its agencies and WME's talent roster. The acquisition follows Publicis' purchases of sports agencies Adopt and Bespoke in 2025 and creator marketing agency Influential in 2024. Publicis reported $17.18 billion in net revenue in 2025, up 5.6% year-on-year.
