Requirements
  • At least five years of experience setting up teams for successful delivery by removing obstacles or blockers, helping teams become more self-organizing, and enabling the team's work rather than imposing how it is done.
  • Experience managing one or more agile projects to deliver a specific product or transformation through a multidisciplinary, high-skilled digital team.
  • Experience delivering complex digital projects, breaking down barriers for teams, planning at a high level, and working through details to execute effectively.
  • Experience defining project needs and feeding them into the portfolio or program process so resources can be appropriately allocated.
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Visio.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology while learning and iterating frequently.
  • Work with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for a product and translate it into user stories.
  • Lead the collaborative planning process by prioritizing work against the team's capacity and capability.
  • Matrix-manage a multidisciplinary team.
  • Coordinate across projects as necessary and lead the effort to provide agile sprint and release progress metrics.
  • Ensure products are built to an appropriate quality level for their stage, including alpha, beta, or production.
  • Define project needs and feed them into the portfolio or program process to enable appropriate resource allocation.
  • Share knowledge of best practices openly and actively.
