Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma in a related field
  • 15+ Years global applicable experience
  • Deep expertise with cash equities (high touch, electronic, programs) sales and trading, trading analytics, listed derivatives, Fixed Income and FX, and delta one products
  • Proven experience in managing complex P&Ls, sales, product management, and technology; experience having managed P&Ls dependent on connectivity and trading software
  • Expertise and successful track record in business management, strategy, product commercialization, product development, change management and process re-engineering and transformation
  • Demonstrated experience in successful product management process transformation/institutionalizing rigorous and disciplined product management processes
  • Exposure to and worked with senior executive management in front office Capital Markets
  • Strong understanding of current industry trends and opportunities in trading platforms, investment banking, and/or high-volume data processing solutions
  • Worked in a collaborative and matrixed environment; successful track record of building high performance global cross-functional teams to deliver complex technical outcomes; driver of institutionalized governance
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Expertise in dashboard development, data visualization and reporting interfaces a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop Broadridge Trading & Connectivity Solutions into the global provider of choice to address the increased market, operational, and regulatory Complexities of the financial services industries landscape
  • Create competitive advantages through the introduction and delivery of innovative technologies, processes and methodologies
  • Maintain a sharp focus on delivering best in class product capabilities and backing it up with unremitting attention to differentiating the client service
  • Spearhead the end-to-end product management activity chain -- market sizing, market selection, client segmentation, product strategy/selection/development and road mapping, setting up scalable service models and salesforces, product marketing, and evaluating return on invested capital/financial performance
  • Lead development of go to market strategies with sales and marketing partners
  • Ability to influence, listen and work well with the larger Broadridge organization
  • Continually interact with clients to understand issues and strategize and implement changes to address
  • Budget - Holds responsibility for P&L, budget creation and enforcement, ROIC, etc
  • Metrics - Oversee and implement strong metrics around product launches and interactions on product feature
  • Team Leadership - Attract, retain, and develop the top talent required to build and sustain a high-impact team that will enable Broadridge to achieve long-term growth and profitability
