  • Minimum of 2 years working in an IT helpdesk support role, or similar working experience.
  • Experience supporting both Mac and Windows devices.
  • Customer service-related experience.
  • Hands-on computer experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • An openness to learning new technologies.
  • Exceptional technology troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Great problem-solving, analytical, and team collaboration skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Is willing to work onsite with the team from our Utah office space a few days per week.
Responsibilities
  • Solve technical issues as first line support for the organization.
  • Assist setting up employees on software and hardware on-site or in a virtual setting.
  • Load software onto machines and clean machines when employees depart.
  • Create user-training manuals and procedures to help common IT questions.
  • Handle shipping and receiving of corporate IT hardware to new hires.
