Requirements

Ability to carry out production operations in compliance with defined standards and to detect and report anomalies.
Ability to clean and maintain machines and workstations, and complete production monitoring documents.
Ability to supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items, and small equipment, checking their conformity.
Ability to check and control quality at machine entry and exit, condition parts, isolate defective products, and raise a QRAP.
Ability to monitor manufacturing processes while respecting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Ability to participate in or perform series changes and quality-control operations requiring additional technical skills.
Ability to check production installations and equipment for operating and safety status, perform level 1 maintenance, and ensure workstation 5S.
Ability to communicate detected problems to the team leader or supervisor, pass position instructions to the next team, and participate in meetings and training.
Ability to respect environmental management, energy, health and safety, current policies and procedures, and product-respect requirements.
Ability to be versatile within the defined site criteria and, where applicable, support and train others.
Ability to be multi-competent in several areas and partially replace a higher-qualification job when required.

Responsibilities

Carry out one or more production operations according to defined standards and report anomalies.
Clean and maintain machines and the workstation, and complete production monitoring documents.
Supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items, and small equipment, checking their conformity.
Inspect product quality at machine entry and exit, condition parts, isolate defective products, and open a QRAP when necessary.
Monitor manufacturing programs and processes in compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Participate in or perform series changes and quality-control operations requiring additional technical skills.
Ensure the proper functioning of the production tool and perform level 1 maintenance on production installations and equipment.
Maintain workstation 5S, report problems to the team leader or supervisor, and hand over position instructions to the next team.
Participate in daily and monthly meetings, training, and team continuous-improvement activities, including proposing and carrying out improvement actions.
Perform adjustment and parameterization operations on production equipment and participate in improvement projects.
Respect environmental management, energy, health and safety, applicable policies and procedures, and product-respect standards.
Provide support and training within the defined site criteria, work across multiple areas, and partially replace a higher-qualification job when required.

Ensure production while respecting quality and deadlines

Level 1

Carry out one or more production operations, in compliance with defined standards, detect and report anomalies.
Clean and maintain machines as well as their workstation.
Complete production monitoring documents.
Supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items and small equipment, checking their conformity.
Check and control quality at the entrance and exit of the machine and condition the parts. Isolate defective products and alert them by opening a QRAP.
Monitor the program and the smooth running of manufacturing while respecting safety, quality and productivity standards.

Level 2

Participate/Perform series changes.
Carry out quality control operations requiring additional technical skills.
Ensure the proper functioning of your production tool

Level 1

Check the operating and safety status of production installations and equipment. Ensure level 1 maintenance.
Be guarantor of the 5S of the position.
Inform the team leader, or his supervisor, of the problems he detects and open a QRAP if necessary. Pass the instructions regarding your position to the next team.
Participate in daily and monthly meetings and training.

Level 2

Participate in improvement projects.
Carry out adjustment/parameterization operations on production equipment.

Responsibilities and latitude of action

Level 1

Respect and enforce all standards in terms of environmental management, energy and health and safety risk prevention and alert in the event of deviation.
Comply with current policies and procedures.
Participate in the continuous improvement process within the team, in particular through the emergence and realization of PAs (proposals for improvement).
Respect the rules for respecting the product.

Level 2

Be versatile within its scope (according to the versatility criteria defined on the site). Support and train (according to the criteria defined on the site).

Level 3

May be required to partially replace a higher qualification job.
Be multi-competent in several areas (according to the versatility criteria defined on the site).
