Requirements
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in corporate banking or similar commercial roles, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services for businesses, including financing, investment, and foreign trade.
  • Financial analysis and risk assessment skills.
  • Communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Results and customer orientation.
  • Proficiency with computer tools, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prospect and acquire new companies to expand the bank's customer base.
  • Analyze companies' financial situations and assess risks associated with credit transactions.
  • Prepare financing proposals, investment products, and other banking services for the corporate segment.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with clients, ensuring profitability for the bank.
  • Monitor the client portfolio, identifying cross-selling and customer-retention opportunities.
  • Meet commercial and profitability targets established by management.
  • Stay current on the financial market, competitors, and applicable regulations.
Desired Qualifications
