Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer, the Senior Producer must think strategically, move fast to execute shoots; excellent project management skills; a keen eye for compelling and innovative content; and a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy
- Align with the CEO, Creative Director & Brand Creative team to define the scope of work for each shoot: determining budgets, hired talent and priorities.
- Partner with senior marketing leadership to strategically develop and execute the Drop Calendar for the season, aligning product releases with market trends and business objectives.
- Create and oversee the content calendar: schedule shoot dates, styling sessions, and fitting appointments.
- Build and manage all photo and video production budgets, in addition to budgets for one-off projects.
- Planning and execution of pre-production and production: logistics, travel schedules, call sheets, sourcing, crew, catering, equipment, locations, talent booking and negotiation, build outs, wardrobe, glam, timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to compile shoot concepts into compelling creative decks for presentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuous research and development to stay ahead of trends, finding ways to improve efficiency of productions.
- Execution
- Produce and deliver photo and video content for web and social media platforms, including campaigns, e-commerce, look books, and supplementary projects, managing all aspects from pre-production to post-production.
- Ensure that all content is produced on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality and consistency.
- Work with both the Creative and Marketing department leads to build the annual budget.
- Arrive as the first person on set and stay until the completion of shoot days, ensuring smooth operations and attention to detail throughout the entire production process.
- Collaborate closely with stylists to curate and source a diverse range of shoes and accessories for fashion shoots, ensuring they align with the approved creative direction.
- Coordinate and participate in all styling and fitting sessions, overseeing the styling process and directing approvals to the relevant teams for final sign-off.
- Manage the in-house photo studio and the equipment. Source and purchase essential items needed for the smooth operation of the studio.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and freelancers to ensure production needs are met.
- Drafting of agreements for all vendors and talent.
- Skilled in quickly obtaining and purchasing permits, even under tight time constraints, by efficiently navigating regulatory processes and legal requirements.
- Building post-production timelines.
- Maintain regular communication with photographers and in-house creative teams to understand their post-production needs.
- Develop detailed retouching decks with comprehensive notes to guide retouchers, ensuring consistent and high-quality image editing results that meet brand standards.
- Consolidate feedback for video content in a clear and concise manner using platforms such as Frame.io, ensuring editors always have a clear understanding of the next steps.
- Time Management/Reporting
- Plan and organize your activities to meet all deadlines, enhance performance, maximize productivity, and increase efficiency.
- Set goals and timelines, be proactive with your tasks, and set clear exceptions for yourself.
- Report back regularly to the team key learnings, overall results, and opportunities for improvement for all priority projects.
- Manage payroll onboarding for all freelancers.
- Manage invoicing for vendors: review, submit and track all payments.
- Share budget reports with the CFO and meet with the financial team to keep spending on track.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years producing within Creative industries.
- Must have experience managing photo studios.
- Must have experience managing a team.
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading a team.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and concepts to clients and team members.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed.
- Takes direction and constructive critiques well while also having the ability to
- work autonomously and provide self-direction when needed.

Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
