Job Summary:
TheCustomerServiceRepresentativeisresponsibleforcreatingapositivecustomerexperienceby providing timely communication basedoncustomer needs.Thispositionisresponsible foraccurateand promptprocessing of customer ordersand fullorder lifecyclemanagement: orderprocessing,order management, order changes,crosscollaboration required for order fulfillment,andleading all order related communication to the customer.
Job Description:
Responsibleforefficientandaccurateorderplacement,orderconfirmationviaphone,emailor EDIandtimelycommunicationregardingorderchangesto thecustomer.
Verifies allshipping,billing,pricing,andpurchaseorderinformation.
Entersspecialinstructionsrelatedtoorders,customerrequests/codemaintenance,andnotes.
Updatecustomerfileswithquotedpricing, newitems,addresschanges,deliveryinstructions,etc.
Communicateandprovidenecessarysupporttosalesstaffwhileinthefield.
Regularlycommunicateswithinternalandexternalcustomersonvariousissues.
Operates as a team memberon alldataentry and order intake,supporting other Customer Service Representatives as necessary.
Audits customer purchase ordersfor pricing,quantity, termsof sale,requested ETA (ifapplicable), carrier,specialshipping instructions, and double-checkingother'sorders.
Documentsandresolves customercomplaints.
Processcustomerproductreturnsinatimelymannerandinaccordancewithprescribedand documented procedures.
Responsible for Compliance, Regulations, and Policy Alignment acrossdailyfunctions ensuring thattheserviceprovidedtoourcustomersmeetsSafety,QualityandRegulatoryexpectations, along withanyother relevantcompany policiesand procedures.
YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience:
2+yearsofexperienceinCustomerServiceorsimilar discipline.
ChemicalDistributionorManufacturingisaplus.
Musthavethe capacity toproblem solve,workindependently,andconsistently demonstratestrong listening,speaking and decision-makingskills.
Excellentinterpersonalskillswithapassionforcollaboration.
Skilledatworkinginafast-paced,deadline-drivenenvironmenttoprioritizeheavyworkloadand multitasking.
Dedicationtoteamwork,customersatisfaction,andresults.
Excellentwritten/oralcommunication skills.
Willingnesstoworkovertime,haveon-callhours,orworkafterhours.
Keepingcalmwhenoncustomercalls.
ExperiencewithMicrosoftOfficeSuite,ERP/CRMsystems,andteamcollaborationtools.
