Requirements
  • 5+ years of corporate finance experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience with financial modeling and proficiency with spreadsheet programs and financial modeling development.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or similar (Nice to Have)
  • Previous experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and Oracle PBCS (Nice to Have)
Responsibilities
  • Lead and assist in the preparation and compilation of annual budgets and recurring forecasts for Central Functions, including modeling, time-series analysis, and graphic presentation of financial data.
  • Develop and coordinate reporting and analysis processes for consolidating budgets and monthly forecasts for Central Functions and Commercial CoE Finance.
  • Support monthly and quarterly variance analysis of Central Function performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Produce accurate and timely financial reports for Central and Commercial Function leadership.
  • Communicate financial results and forecasts to Central Function budget owners in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Complete ad hoc reports or analysis in support of special projects.
