  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports doola’s growth objectives, aligns with company values, and fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing guidance on organizational structure, talent development, and change management.
  • Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning to ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for all roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employer branding and position doola as an employer of choice in the industry.
  • Champion a values-driven culture that promotes employee engagement and high performance.
  • Design and implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and use insights to drive continuous improvement in workplace culture.
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and programs are compliant with local and international labor laws.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain HR systems and processes to drive efficiency, data integrity, and confidentiality.
