GTCR and Elliott to acquire CCC Intelligent Solutions in $6.1B all-cash deal

CCC Intelligent Solutions has agreed to be acquired by a consortium led by private equity firm GTCR, with Elliott Investment Management also taking part. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to regulatory and stockholder approvals. It has no financing condition. CCC will then become private and leave the Nasdaq.
