- State-certified nursing diploma.
- Perform the role in accordance with the organization's CORE values of cohesion, respect, and engagement.
- Perform diagnoses, nursing care, and therapeutic activities adapted to residents while following care and hygiene protocols.
- Act as the physicians' liaison for care and coordinate medical auxiliaries, including psychologists and nursing assistants.
- Participate in establishing individualized care plans with the IDEC and coordinating physician.
- Provide attentive, patient, positive, and supportive interactions with residents.
