10–15+ years of experience in heavy civil, Department of Transportation, or infrastructure projects.
Experience with Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, or Construction Manager at Risk delivery methods.
Strong understanding of Missouri Department of Transportation and local agency work and St. Louis market dynamics.
Proven ability to manage both pursuit strategy and project execution.
Deep knowledge of construction means, methods, and cost drivers.
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and complex bid documents.
Strong communication skills, including client interaction and proposal input.
Ability to stay highly organized, accountable, and manage multiple priorities.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, HCSS Heavy Bid, Bluebeam, and On-Screen Takeoff.
