Requirements

A graduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
12–15 years of project management experience, preferably in a project management consultancy background.
Excellent analytical, strategic, leadership, communication, and writing skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
A service-oriented personality is essential.
A positive, aggressive, and results-oriented approach.
Good presentation skills and a clear understanding of business etiquette.
High proficiency in Excel and MSP/Primavera.

Responsibilities

Represent Colliers International while managing and leading multiple projects, including base-build projects for leading corporates and clients.
Manage pre-construction activities, including contracts, tendering, and subcontracting.
Manage, review, and coordinate design.
Perform value engineering.
Conduct negotiations.
Exercise quality and cost control measures.
Formulate and implement policies, process flowcharts, and standard operating procedures.
Plan and coordinate project activities.
Represent Colliers International and manage escalations, if any.
Devise contingency and strategic plans.
Lead and manage the team.

Desired Qualifications

Experience managing and leading base-build projects for leading corporates and clients.
Project management experience from a project management consultancy background.
Graduation in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputed institute.

Job Description

Position Brief:

The position is mainly responsible to represent Colliers International in managing & leading multiple projects.

The incumbent is expected to have past experience in managing & leading, basebuild projects for leading corporates/clients.

Key Skill Sets Required

The candidate should have excellent analytical, strategic, leadership, communications, and writing skills. S/he should be a good team player.

Responsibilities – Key Result Areas:

Managing Pre-Construction activities which are and not limited to:

a. Managing & looking after Contracts, tendering process, sub-contracting.

b. Design management, review & co-ordination.

c. Value engineering

d. Negotiations.

Project Management

a. Exercising quality & cost control measures.

b. Formulating & implementing policies, process flowcharts & SOPs

c. Planning & Co-ordination

d. Representing Colliers International & managing escalations, if any.

e. Devising contingency & strategic plans.

f. Leading & managing team.

Qualifications
