- Four or more years of experience.
- A Professional Engineer license is desired, or the candidate must obtain one within six months of hire.
- Proficiency in OpenRoads processes.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Use 3D design to prepare roadway, drainage, and Temporary Traffic Control designs, calculations, and drawings.
- Propose innovative solutions to design problems.
- Prepare engineering reports.
- Assign, track, and review tasks of technicians or designers.
- Serve as the Engineer of Record.
- Manage tasks.
- Communicate with team members, internal design groups, clients, subconsultants, and relevant government agencies.
- Present proposed design solutions in internal project meetings and potentially contribute to presentations with external parties.
- Contribute to the development of other team members through mentorship and positive behaviors.
