- A bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline is required.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
- Over 2 years of experience in master data management, quality assurance, or process improvement within a logistics, supply chain, or operations environment is required.
- Hands-on experience developing and managing KPIs related to quality and compliance performance is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Detail orientation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment are required.
- Conduct global end-user training across branches and departments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize system processes and data flows.
- Maintain key corporate master data to support smooth operations.
- Develop and manage KPIs to monitor and improve corporate data quality.
- Serve as a key contact for internal and external parties to perform business analysis, investigate system functionalities, and provide operational support.
- Collect new business requirements and change requests.
- Analyze CargoWise One system functionalities for feasibility studies.
- Propose solution designs and workarounds.
- Raise tickets and escalate outstanding requirements.
- Conduct testing or trial runs for designed solutions.
- Compile user training materials or system behavior guidelines as needed.
- Support ad hoc activities.
- Project management experience is a plus.
